In order to get the TMap Visual certified from Microsoft, we switched the default basemap from Open Street Map to the built-in world administrative layer after TMap v3.0.

Yes, the TMap visual can be deployed to offline environment to work with Power BI report server.

Can the amount represented by colors be shown inside polygons for Choropleth maps?
Yes, you can show them if label for linked layer is added. You can also use colors to distinguish positive from negative numbers.
